We offer the new Eagle UCC service that insures the priority of lenders' UCC filings and the preferred Eagle Policy insuring against a broader range of potential defects than the standard ALTA residential policy. 

The closing status information posted on this site is automatically updated, and as capabilities are implemented on our server, closing documents such as title commitments and tax/insurance information will be available for you to download at your convenience. 

We regularly produce closing packages from E-mailed Word and Adobe pdf attachments. We also remain proficient at "legacy" modalities of communicating with our lender clients. 

If you don't have the right document for New Hampshire, then we probably do. We have a library of up to date security instruments for commercial and residential transactions and a compendium of commonly used forms for all real estate transactions. Once you have closed with Great Bay, your standard closing and post closing instructions and your funding practices are entered on our closing system to ensure consistency for each of your closings and returned packages.
